Pricing

Pricing of delivery and products displayed on this website are current and correct at the time of issue. However, these may change and are subject to availability. 

Delivery

We deliver via Royal Mail Signed or DPD courier at our discretion and require a physical delivery address items delivered will require a signature.

For orders shipped within the UK, we charge £4.00 to £8.75 for Royal Mail signed, or delivery free for orders over £50.00. 

 

DOGUE UK LTD makes all reasonable care to ensure orders are delivered to the address given. We cannot, however, be in any way liable for a failed delivery, when it occurs because of incorrectly entered address data.

We can deliver outside of the UK on request, please email us sales@doguedesignuk.co.uk or phone 07476446231 to find out more about our International Shipment rates and time frames.
We apologise but we are not able to process any orders to a PO Box address.

 

Payment

​Online order payments are processed via secure servers. Your order will be confirmed by email to the address you provided.

For customers who wish to order via email or telephone, we will be happy to take this order and provide you with an invoice for either a bank transfer or card payment.

All orders must be paid for in full before the order can be sent for delivery.

Exchange and Refund

If you change your mind no worries you can return it within 14 days from the date that you received your goods and return them to us for a full refund. These goods should be in there original packaging and new condition. Customers are required to cover the return postage costs.
In the unlikely and unfortunate event that there is a fault with your product, please contact us  sales@doguedesignuk.co.uk  to arrange a refund or replacement. We will refund the postage costs for returned faulty goods.


How to return or exchange an item


Contact us  sales@doguedesignuk.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your goods for all returns and exchanges. These goods should be in there original packaging and new condition.

Also please let us know whether you want a refund, exchange or replacement and exactly which product you would like in exchange. Please include a copy of your original invoice or invoice number as a reference. If an exchanged item is of a higher value, there may be a balance to pay.

When you carefully repackage the item please send it back to:

We advise you use signed for post as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost items.

Refund and exchanges can only be made on items purchased at doguedesign.co.uk if you have purchased DOGUE products from another outlet you will need to return to where it was originally purchased.

Order cancellation or Changes

You cannot cancel or amend an online order once checkout stage has been completed. If there is an error on your order, you must notify us immediately with your order number and we will rectify any errors before your order is processed. 

If you do not notify us of any errors immediately and your order is dispatched, we are then unable to make any changes to your order. 

All claims for shortages, damaged or wrongly supplied goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
